Aluminium Triphosphate (ATP) is an environmentally-friendly anti-rust pigment and considered an ideal replacement for toxic anti-rust materials such as lead and chromium. Aluminium Triphosphate exhibits excellent thermal stability. P3O105- ionic tripolyphosphate has an extremely strong chelating force for various metal ions, creating an effective passivation film on surfaces coated with it and inhibiting steel and light metal corrosion at once.
Aluminium Triphosphate’s anti-rust performance surpasses traditional anti-rust materials such as red lead and zinc chrome yellow. It releases a strong anti-rust group (P3O105-) with strong coordination ability, capable of dispensing anti-rust agents more effectively than red lead and zinc chrome yellow materials.
